Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data this site collects when you visit it and how that data is used, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

Data we collect

• Session cookie (necessary). A single technical cookie, so the site works securely — it is what protects the forms against fraudulent submission. It does not track you and is deleted when you close your browser.
• Anonymous access statistics. We record, without cookies, aggregate information: pages visited, device and browser type, where the visit came from (including campaign parameters) and time zone. Your IP address is not stored in these statistics, and you cannot be identified from them.
• Returning-visit measurement (only with your consent). If you click "Accept" in the cookie notice, we store a random identifier in your own browser that lets us tell whether a visitor is new or returning. It holds no personal data, stays on your device, and you can decline in the notice or clear your browser data at any time.
• Favourite boats and comparison. The lists you build by clicking the heart or comparing models are stored in your browser only. We have no access to them.
• Contact and boat-listing forms. If you write to us or send your boat details, we collect what you provide — name, email, phone, message and the boat information — plus the IP address of the submission, which we use to curb spam and limit repeated submissions. We use this data solely to reply and handle your request.
• Security logs. When a request to the site looks like an intrusion attempt — probing for known-vulnerable files, trying to escape to folders outside the site, command injection or automated scanning — we record the source IP address, date and time, the address requested, the method and the browser identification. Normal browsing produces no such record.
• Third-party services. If the site administration enables an external measurement service (Google Analytics or a social-network pixel, for instance), it may set its own cookies. None is active today: the fonts and every file on the site are served by us, and the measurement described above is done by the site itself.
• WhatsApp. The WhatsApp buttons take you to Meta's app, which handles your data under its own policy. Nothing is sent before you click.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the anonymous statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site; the returning-visit measurement on the basis of your consent; the form data to handle your request; and the security logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site online and protected (art. 7, IX, of the LGPD).

Site security

Keeping the site running and protecting the data of those who use it requires identifying and containing intrusion attempts. That legal basis does not require your consent, but it does not excuse us from informing you — which is what this section does.

These logs serve security only: never advertising, never visitor profiling, never any commercial purpose. IP addresses with repeated abuse may be blocked temporarily — by default, for 90 days.

We share this information only if legally compelled to, upon request from a competent authority.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent your data. We use service providers — hosting and email — strictly to operate the site. Form data is kept for as long as needed to serve you and to keep the record of the negotiation; statistics and security logs are kept only while they remain useful for the purpose that justifies them. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, ask who we share it with, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, write to contato@hmyachts.com.br.

Cookies

The session cookie is necessary and cannot be disabled without affecting how the site works. The returning-visit measurement is optional — just click "Reject" in the notice. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
